Tough on Evil, Tough on the Facilitation of Evil

I found myself thinking to myself today. “I don’t think David Cameron is actually evil.”
 
The I qualified this thought.  “He does, however, faciliate some* evil*.”
 
Then I thought about Tony Blair and how some people might view him in much the same way.
