On 140 kgs
Nov. 15th, 2018 11:10 amBack to my joint PB today 140 kgs on the deadlift. Just the one rep. Hands weren't particularly grippy as it was hot and humid in the gym.
Pleased to be back up to 140kgs. Experience suggests that having lifted that this week, next week is probably a couple of reps at that and then a push to 150 kgs.
