That was what we were thinking. There seems to be in Asian countries like Japan and Singapore a view that it is the right thing to do to wear if you yourself are unwell.
Not sure that I personally would want to wear a mask outdoors if I were not ill as a habit but I'd certainly consider it if I were unwell with a cold or similar.
