H- Hometown: This is a complicated question for me to answer. I was born in Birmingham, I spent most of my non-adulthood in Aberdeen, I have formative affiliations with Adelaide and Townsville and my home is in Edinburgh and almost certainly will remain so. I mean, you would need to offer me either a job writing energy policy for a major government or a seven figure salary to get me to move.
I- In love with: My Lovely Wife, she is both my Robin and my Tracy.
J- Jealous of: slightly jealous of people who do not have children.
K- Killed someone?: No, I've come close.
L- Last time you cried?: I can't remember. Not recently I think.
M- Middle name: William but will also answer to Decoration
N- Number of siblings: Jings. 3 brothers, 1 sister, 2 step-brothers and 1 step-sister who I like and spend time with, some (4? or maybe 2?) step-siblings who I met once or twice and haven't seen in maybe 30 years.

If anxiety plays any part in your depression then stopping or reducing coffee is a pretty good idea.

I would not say for certain that it does, but I doubt being hopped up on caffeine can be helping anything much. The precautionary principle strongly suggests that I cut down on the amount of coffee I'm drinking.

Robin and Tracy?

Two characters in the long running hit US comedy drama How I Met Your Mother which I have been watching in batches over the last month or so.

The programme is the telling, by Ted, to his two children of the story about how he met their mother. On the grounds that you don't like television I'm going to spoiler a 9 Season 200 episode programme in my next comment.

Ted meets Robin and falls instantly and completely head over heels in love with her. She is determined that she is not looking for a serious relationship. He courts her, eventually persuades her go out with him and they break up. She then falls in love with Ted's best friend, Barney a notorious womaniser. He falls in love with her. They marry. All along Ted carries a torch for Robin, until at Robin's wedding he meets Tracy.

Robin is the great romantic love of Ted's life. Tracy is his soulmate.
