I think as accountant with an economics background I get frustrated when people don’t think things through and then complain or propose interventions.
I recently saw John Prescott retweet a call for a maximum price for petrol. My first thought was “Who’s paying for the difference between the national maximum price and international oil prices?” Then, “Y used to be Deputy Prime Minister.”
