To be fair, I don't know what it is like to live surrounded by Somali refugees because I live on the edge of the Eastern European community and there aren't many Africans in Dundee. But I maintain that the reason the estate she used to live on was awful was poverty, and that it would have been just as bad as a ghetto of poor white Brits. She does not agree.
