Perhaps you could ask your Aunt how she wants you to vote on the matter.
Mum is selectively bigoted.
The Scots when she thinks they are being anti-English, Red State Americans and ISLAM are fair game.
Asians, Africans, any form of American other than a USian and most Europeans (especially when they are being anti-American) are welcome one and all.
I’ve been to Dundee. As an Aberdonian I could be rude but I’m not going to be.
I quite liked living surrounded by grubby foreigners. It was fun.
