Depends a bit on what we mean by being in charge of.
Artistic Director of my own improv troupe means interesting intellectual
and artistic endeavors. Producer of an improv troupe means some admin. I'm
currently unsure whether having my own improv troupe is important enough to
me to take on either of those roles. Certainly not doing either for at
least 18 months.
But it's the only role where I would consider taking on a management role.
