It looks that way and she's made a good start by robbing me of the benefit of a crisp five pound note.
And in all seriousness it does look like that's going to be her job for a few years. Unless Starmer reshuffles once he's in office, which he might, but Cooper is pretty much steeped in the Home Office so I'm not sure what else she would do in the next Labour Government.
