I like demarchy. I also like other forms of direct democracy. Quite like liquid democracy. I think we'll need lots of those different types of democratic forms because as you suggest representative democracy has a couple of corruption states or deformation professionale states which are unhelpful.
I think the Chinese would say that, though, wouldn't they? I mean,they are not entirely wrong but they are probably doing a much worse job of representing the people and avoiding corruption themselves.
