On Personal Training - Session 1
Mar. 10th, 2016 03:58 pmI have acquired as a birthday present the services of a personal training.
This morning was my first session. It was enjoyable and worthwhile.
I'm working on cardio-vascular fitness, general toning up and trying to lose some of the extra me that lives around my tummy.
After the first, assessment session looks like my cardio-vascular performance is okay but brittle. Quickly out of breath, quickly recovering. My ankles seem to displease my PT. I'm not sure exactly what it is she doesn't like about them but some lack of strength or mobility is clearly transmitting itself through the rest of my body. General core okay. Arms strangely weak, and again transmitting that weakness through the rest of the body.
My legs are quite sore.
Next session is booked in for next week.
