Any competent opposition would have a field day if Boris was anywhere near the Tory general election campaign (Mark 1 - the one before Christmas and probably Mark 2 - the one in 2020 after 4 years of the pound being worth less than the Zimbabwian Loo Roll or the Bristol Denarius.
