I saw Len's appearance on ITT on catch up. Sounds like the BBC have had a number of complaints and questions about it.
I'm inclined to take Len's word for it.
And I don't have a problem with the judges having favourites particularly, and that showing up as an extra mark or so.
I'd have much less of a problem with that if the judges used the whole range of the scoring paddles from 1-10 more often.
How do you think the producers might be using the music to help or hinder?
