Ah, cunning. US centric phrasing means I have to actually think about this one as the Channel where doesn't count (last September visiting my Granny for her 90th, ah, no, wait, a couple months back helping my sister move my Gran into the care home which has a view down to the beach).

Was going to say when we took the kid to Blackpool (horrible place, but she likes it), but that's the Irish Sea. Does the Bristol Channel count as part of the Atlantic Ocean, I reckon probably yes, in which case driving up the M5 coming home from visiting family.
If not, no clue, visiting North Devon was something you only did if you had no choice...
